Our jackets and shirts are designed to fit an individual's chest and this is the recommended measurement to refer to when selecting a best suited size. For example, our medium size is to fit a 38 inch chest and our large size is to fit a 40 inch chest.

You will also want to consider the material of the styles you are interested in. For example, cotton and velvet shirts have some stretch to them, particularly velvet. Viscose also has stretch but not as much and the material is significantly thinner and Satin based shirts have very little stretch.

For trousers, we would recommend using the waist size primarily as this is the most suitable area to select an ideal fit and then selecting the leg length. Please be aware that some styles, such as denim, have more stretch allowance than other styles that are wool based, which have very little or no stretch at all.

Another consideration you may need to think about is the styles that you are planning on wearing with trousers. For example, will you be wearing a shirt loose or have it tucked in. If tucked in, also consider the thickness of the fabric.

Our sizes are UK sizing and run similar to other UK brands, but we always recommend referring to the sizing chart for thorough clarification.
