Right of Withdrawal
If you live in the EU or EFTA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the model form above (or make any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw) and email it to returns@phixclothing.com. Include your order number so we can identify your purchase. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay.
