Returns & Exchanges

Our mission is to offer you the simplicity of shopping online and to make your entire shopping experience as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.

If you purchase from us you can return any of your order to us for a refund. If the item does not fit we offer exchanges so you can return it for a different size. Also if you want to exchange for a completely different item you can also do this.

Have you purchased an item already and would like to return it?

You may return any purchased item - including sale items - for any reason. Your satisfaction is our highest concern, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following refund & exchange conditions:

• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached - This doesn 't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.

• You must indicate in writing either by e-mail or letter your intention to exchange return within 7 days of the date of delivery.

• In the case of items being exchanged, you will be asked to return the item to us by recorded delivery and to pay the cost of us posting the item back to you. You can either enclose the cost of return postage inside the package or pay for this by card, the choice is yours. Please e-mail us at enquiries@phixclothing.com to find out exactly how much this return postage is.

• If you return an item for a refund, you will receive a refund for that item, minus the cost of us posting the item to you. The refund will normally be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your return.
